WHAT THE CHALLENGE ACTUALLY IS

Not a course. Not a programme. A daily action plan.

Every weekday for 20 days, you get a daily drop into the WhatsApp group. It tells you exactly what to do that day across three tracks:

POST

A specific content prompt for that da, not a vague 'post about your offer' instruction. A clear angle, a job for the post to do, and an example so you know what good looks like.

STORIES

Three story prompts every day. Each one designed to generate a specific response, a question box answer, a poll, a 'send me a DM' reply. Every response goes into your pipeline tracker. Stories are not optional decoration. They are a lead generation system.

DMs

A daily quota of new conversations to open, plus follow-up instructions for everything already in motion. Fill-in-the-blank frameworks for every stage: the opener, the deepening question, the soft ask, the objection, the close. Written to be human and non-pushy, because that's the only way they actually work.

You also get a pipeline tracker template with four columns: Open, Engaged, Pitched, Closed, so you know at every point whether you're on track, where your conversations are stalling, and what to do about it.

The maths is built in. You set your target on Day 1. The daily quotas are calculated backwards from that number so every day has a purpose and a measure.

And I'm in the group every day. Not as a passive moderator... actively supporting, answering questions, celebrating wins, and calling out the thing that's getting in the way when I can see it.
