I am talking about fitting this pain in the bum task of social media. Does anyone wake up every morning or even go to bed at night with that looming thought of you having not put anything up on social media or that you need to? Then where to start, what to post and oh sod it, I’ll just do a post tomorrow. Then the cycle begins again and gradually throughout the week you get more and more stressed and frustrated by it, that you just wing something out and then it flops? So then you’re like, well that was pointless and you go back to square one of feeling frustrated and deflated that social media/Facebook/Instagram is the absolute devil and yet you know you need to be doing more.
